No Shadow!
The OES Homes Punxsutawney Phil (aka Tootsie) made her way out of her burrow on Ground Hogs Day to reveal NO SHADOW. We voted and majority agreed and all welcome the idea of an early Spring. We can find any reason to eat cupcakes too!
